Professional Commercial Flooring Services in Penrose, Auckland

Penrose is one of Auckland’s busiest commercial and industrial hubs, where warehouses, offices, showrooms and retail units sit alongside pockets of family homes, units and townhouses. The suburb is a natural base for businesses of every size, from logistics and distribution operators to hospitality venues, trade suppliers and professional offices, all of which rely on hard-wearing spaces that cope with constant daily use.

In an area this active, durable commercial flooring is essential for keeping premises safe, presentable and fit for high foot traffic. At John Jarvis Carpet & Flooring, we have supplied and installed quality carpet, vinyl, timber and laminate throughout the region since 1985, giving local businesses and homeowners floors built to last. Our long experience means we understand exactly what different spaces demand and how to deliver results that stand the test of time.

Standards We Follow

Forty Years of Experience

Operating since 1985, we bring four decades of flooring knowledge to every job, backed by a reputation built almost entirely on repeat business and referrals.

Built for High-Traffic Spaces

Our durable options are chosen to withstand constant use in offices, retail stores, warehouses and hospitality venues without losing their look.

Expert Product Guidance

We help you weigh up appearance, comfort, durability and cost, recommending solutions that genuinely suit how your premises or home is used.

Our Flooring Approach

Every project starts with understanding how your space is used, whether it is a high-traffic office, a retail floor, a hospitality fitout or a family home. We offer a free on-site measure and provide a clear, honest quote, then guide you through the best materials for your budget, style and performance needs. Proper subfloor preparation comes next, because reliable commercial flooring always depends on a sound, level base beneath it. Our commercial carpet installers then fit your carpet, vinyl or hard flooring with precision, keeping the site tidy and working around your operating hours where needed. Once complete, we share simple maintenance advice so your investment continues to look and perform its best for years to come.

Supporting Penrose Businesses

We are proud to serve businesses and homeowners not only in Penrose but also across nearby suburbs including Ellerslie, Mount Wellington, Onehunga, Te Papapa and Greenlane. Properties throughout these central and southern Auckland neighbourhoods range from busy commercial premises to established family homes, so our broad product range and local knowledge let us match the right floor to each setting. Whether you manage an office fitout, a retail space or a residential renovation, we tailor our recommendations to the demands of your environment. Clients across the area value working with a long-established, trusted team that treats every project with care and attention to detail. Wherever you are nearby, we make it straightforward to choose, supply and install floors you will be happy with for years.
